Youth Pastor Chance Conn
Chance Conn has been serving as the youth pastor of Hilltop Chapel Free Will Baptist Church since 2023. His spiritual journey began in 2012 when he was saved, and he accepted the call to preach in 2015. Raised at New Life Free Will Baptist Church in Rossmore, West Virginia, Chance was profoundly influenced by his grandfather, Rev. Mansfield Damron, whose dedication to ministry left a lasting impact on his life. Chance is married to Hanna Conn, who is wonderful singer, and is a proud stepfather to Liam. Drawing from his rich spiritual heritage and personal experiences, Chance brings passion and authenticity to his role, guiding the youth of Hilltop Chapel with heartfelt commitment and a deep love for Christ.
