​Jeff Mosteller has been the pastor of Hilltop Chapel Free Will Baptist Church in Madison, West Virginia, since February 2016.  He was born again at a revival meeting in 1994, and he answered the call to preach in 2002. Before his current role, Jeff dedicated seven years to serving as a youth pastor in a Holiness church, where he developed a deep passion for guiding young believers. Raised at Elizabeth Baptist Church in Garrett's Bend, West Virginia, Jeff's early Christian examples laid a strong foundation for his ministry. He is married to his wife, Allison, and together they have three children. The Mosteller Family actively ministers through both song and the Word, traveling to share the gospel and uplift congregations. Jeff is known for his unwavering commitment to the scriptures and fostering a loving, Christ-centered atmosphere at Hilltop Chapel.

​Justin Thompson has faithfully served as the assistant pastor of Hilltop Chapel Free Will Baptist Church since 2019. His journey of faith began in 1993 when he was saved at Coal Valley Free Will Baptist Church in Clothier, West Virginia. He accepted the call to preach in 2000, and since then has devoted his life to ministry, demonstrating a steadfast commitment to spiritual growth. He is known for his evangelistic preaching and dedication to nurturing a loving and unified congregation. Justin is married to his wife, Ashley, and together they have three children. His early experiences at Coal Valley FWB laid a strong foundation for his pastoral calling, shaping his approach to ministry and his deep-rooted passion for guiding others in their walk with Christ.

Chance Conn has been serving as the youth pastor of Hilltop Chapel Free Will Baptist Church since 2023. His spiritual journey began in 2012 when he was saved, and he accepted the call to preach in 2015. Raised at New Life Free Will Baptist Church in Rossmore, West Virginia, Chance was profoundly influenced by his grandfather, Rev. Mansfield Damron, whose wisdom and godliness left a lasting impact on his life. Chance is married to Hanna Conn, who is wonderful singer, and he is a proud stepfather to Liam. Drawing from his rich spiritual heritage and personal experiences, Chance brings passion and authenticity to his role, guiding the youth of Hilltop Chapel with heartfelt commitment and a deep love for Christ. 

​Cory and Lindsay Emswiler joined the Hilltop Chapel family in 2024, bringing with them a passion for worship and discipleship.

Cory was raised in Moorefield, WV, and began preaching in 2010. Over the years, he has served in various ministry roles, including assistant pastor, and played a key part in helping establish a church in Nitro, WV. His heart for teaching and encouraging others continues to bless our congregation.

Lindsay was raised in Dunbar, WV, and has stepped into the role of Worship Leader here at Hilltop Chapel. She carries a special anointing and God-given talent for ushering people into the presence of God through worship. Her sensitivity to the Holy Spirit and love for leading others in praise impacts everyone who is in service with her.

Together, Cory and Lindsay have fostered several children and are passionate about reaching out to the hurting and broken. Their lives reflect the heart of Christ, and we are grateful to have them as part of our ministry team.
